SARGE LIFETIME WARRANTY
Sarge Knives Lifetime Warranty is our promise to customers that we stand behind the quality of our product 100% allowing you to keep your SARGE product around for a lifetime.
We warrant all of our products including defects due to workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the original owner. Items that are found defective will be replaced with a new SARGE item of equal value. Sarge Knives does not warrant its product against damage due to normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, disassembly of parts, scratches to the finish (considered normal wear), or attempted repair.
To submit a warranty claim, email sales@sargeknives.com.
1) Put WARRANTY in Subject Line.
2) Include your name, address & phone number.
3) Include a photo of the knife and its defect.
WARRANTY FAQ'S
What is the process/turnaround time for warranty?
You will receive an email about your warranty with any follow up questions. (In some cases, you may be asked to mail the product back to us.) But please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement after a warranty is approved.
I cannot find my product needing replacement on your website, what do I do?
In most cases the item is discontinued if you are unable to find it on the website. For discontinued products, we will replace it with a similar style of equal or less value.
My knife is engraved; will my new knife be engraved?
We do not offer engraving on replacement products.
My knife has sentimental value; can I get it fixed?
While we love that your knife is important to you, we are unable to keep replacement parts on hand because of the number of items we carry. So we cannot offer repairs but we encourage you to reach out to us so we can help you find either a replacement knife or one similar.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $75+. For items under $75, we charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page.
Sarge Knives currently ships to the continental United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery.
Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within two business days, shipping time is dependent on your location & stock availability. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.
RETURN POLICY
Yes – return pre-approval is necessary. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that it is sometimes necessary to return an item, but we ask that you contact sales@sargeknives.com for pre-approval. When the return is approved, you will receive preauthorization and more information regarding how to return the item(s). We only accept return of items purchased from the sargeknives.com site.
You may return item(s) purchased on sargeknives.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Merchandise must be in unused, like-new condition.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Sarge Knives is not responsible for loss of product during shipping back to the Sarge facility.
We cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of sale. Proof of purchase from sargeknives.com is required.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

- What is your warranty policy?
See Above. - My screws are coming loose on my knife, what can I do?
Normal use of any knife or tool may make the screws come loose and most can be tightened with Torx or Alan Wrench. You can also apply some thread lock such as LocTite to the fastener for a more permanent solution. - Where are Sarge Knives sold locally?
Sarge Knives products are carried in various independent retail stores across the country. Visit Find a Dealer to see a listing of our current dealers. Can I change or cancel my order? We are unable to cancel orders once placed through the website.
